You must be at least 21 years old to attend The Dating Pool™ events. By joining our waitlist or purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
We reserve the right to verify age and refuse entry to anyone who does not meet this requirement.

When you join our waitlist, you provide your first name, email address, and phone number. By doing so, you agree to receive:

• Email updates about ticket launches, event details, and news

• Occasional text messages (SMS) about upcoming events, last‑minute updates, and reminders

You may opt out of emails anytime using the unsubscribe link. To opt out of texts, reply STOP to any message. Standard message and data rates may apply.

We will never sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

When tickets go on sale, the following terms apply:

• Pricing: Ticket prices will be clearly stated at the time of purchase and are subject to change only for future events.

• Payment: All payments are processed securely through our third‑party payment provider. By purchasing, you agree to their terms as well.

• What's Included: Your ticket includes participation in the speed dating event, access to The Deep End after‑party, heavy hors d'oeuvres, and one drink ticket (unless otherwise stated).

• No Refunds: All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or no‑shows.

• Event Changes: If we must cancel or reschedule an event, we will notify you as soon as possible. In the case of cancellation, you will receive a credit toward a future event.

We want you to feel confident about attending The Dating Pool or any Single Mingle Events event. Here's how refunds work:

• If we cancel the event: You'll receive a full refund to your original payment method.

• If you can't attend: You may sell or give your ticket to someone else. Just email us at hello@singlemingleevents.com with the new attendee's name so we can update the guest list.

• If we decide to cancel the event due to low attendance: We'll notify you at least 48 hours in advance and issue a full refund. We'll also offer you a discount code for a future event as a thank‑you for your support. (We'll always run the event if we have an even number of attendees.)

• If you request a refund for another reason: Please email us. We'll consider each request fairly, but refunds are not guaranteed.

The Dating Pool™ is meant to be fun, safe, and respectful for everyone. We reserve the right to remove any attendee who engages in:

• Unsolicited physical contact

• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating behavior

• Fetishizing or making inappropriate comments about someone's identity

• Repeatedly ignoring social cues or boundaries

• Any behavior that makes other attendees uncomfortable

Consequences may include:

• A warning from staff

• Immediate ejection from the event without refund

• A permanent ban from future events

Our staff have final say in these matters. If you see something, say something — talk to a host.

By attending a Single Mingle Events / The Dating Pool™ event, you acknowledge that:

• You are participating voluntarily and at your own risk

• We are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, losses, or damages that may occur at a venue

• You are responsible for your own belongings and behavior

• We are not liable for any outcomes, including failed connections, awkward conversations, or "missed connections"

• You assume all risk associated with attending an in‑person social event

We may take photos or videos at our events for promotional purposes. Our goal is to capture the vibe — not your face.

• Most images will be shot from behind, in crowd shots, or edited to obscure identities.

• If an image clearly shows your face and we'd like to use it in marketing, we will ask for your explicit permission first.

• By attending, you grant Single Mingle Events permission to use content where you are not the primary, identifiable subject.

If you have any concerns — or just want to opt out entirely — please speak to a host at the event. We'll respect your wishes.
