We want you to feel confident about attending The Dating Pool or any Single Mingle Events event. Here's how refunds work.

If we cancel the event

You'll receive a full refund to your original payment method.

If you can't attend

You may sell or give your ticket to someone else. Just email us at hello@singlemingleevents.com with the new attendee's name so we can update the guest list.

If we decide to cancel the event due to low attendance

We'll notify you at least 48 hours in advance and issue a full refund. We'll also offer you a discount code for a future event as a thank‑you for your support.

(We'll always run the event if we have an even number of attendees.)

If you request a refund for another reason

Please email us at hello@singlemingleevents.com. We'll consider each request fairly, but refunds are not guaranteed.
